US Orders

All USA orders come with FREE SHIPPING with our standard delivery service.

For USA orders, we will choose the best carrier with the service to your destination. It may be USPS, UPS, Fedex or DHL. Total items being purchased and total weight are factors in deciding which shipping service we use.

International Orders

At this time, unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed in 1-2 business days, but typically the next business day. Shipping time depends on many factors including the service selected, destination, weather, etc.

Tracking Numbers

For all shipments, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped out. For any questions about your shipment, please email info@guessthatcard.com, and include your order number and tracking number in the message.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we requre a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your credit card company, as it may take a few business days for the refund to post. If after a reasonable amount of time, email us at info@guessthatcard.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange processed, email us at info@guessthatcard.com.
